Freddie Ridings

Partner

Freddie is a Partner at Sario, where he leads the day-to-day running of the firm and delivers search mandates globally. He works with consultancies of all sizes across strategy, transaction advisory, and technology, particularly within energy, TMT, consumer, and infrastructure. Freddie also supports private equity and PE-backed firms with capability expansion and M&A target screening, helping them grow through strategic hires and acquisitions.

A lover of the great outdoors, Freddie loves nothing more than spending time in the British countryside walking, running or playing golf.

Alina Ruffinengo

Senior Associate

Alina specialises in executive and mid-level talent across strategy, transformation, and operations, focusing on the US and European markets, particularly the DACH region. Prior to executive search, she led customer experience teams at a global sustainable brand, giving her hands-on insight into operational and cross-functional challenges. Her people-first approach supports long-term talent strategies for clients navigating change.

Originally from Mallorca, Alina speaks four languages and enjoys exploring new recipes and flavour combinations in the kitchen.

Hugo Ripulles

Principal

Hugo leads our consulting recruitment practice across France & Benelux, focusing on Manager to Partner hires in strategy, operations, risk, and technology. He partners with top consultancies and industry players across sectors including industrials, pharma, consumer goods, and financial services. He’s particularly experienced in team lifts and practice builds in French-speaking markets.

True to his French roots but a committed NFL fan, Hugo supports the New Orleans Saints – though he’s yet to see them win in person on either side of the Atlantic.

Freddie Peel

Consultant

Freddie is a Consultant in Sario’s London office, supporting leadership placements across the consulting deal lifecycle. He works with clients ranging from specialist boutiques to global firms, with a focus on value creation and origination. With a global client base, he manages his days by serving clients in APAC in the mornings, before moving to Europe over lunch, and finishing with US in the evenings, tailoring each search to the client’s strategic priorities.

Originally from Cambridge, Freddie is a devoted Liverpool fan and regularly cheers on Northampton Saints at Franklin’s Gardens.

Joe Parker

Principal

Joe is a Principal at Sario, and for the past 8 years, he has partnered with Management Consulting firms across the UK to enable their growth through people. His focus has been strategic hires and complex mandates across the UK Infrastructure Consulting market, including but not limited to Transport, Energy, Defence and Real Estate. Joe's expertise includes strategy and transactions, operations and commercial, programme and asset management, and technology and innovation. He is also established in recruitment process improvement, organisation design and market research and advisory.

Outside of work, Joe one day believes Blackburn Rovers will return to Premier League glory - a man can dream!

Jeremy Mobbs

Co-Founder & Partner

Jeremy is a founding Partner and Board member of Sario Partners overseeing the management and strategic direction of the wider Jackson Lombard Group.In his spare time, Jeremy enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife and three children. A keen runner, Jeremy is currently training for an ultramarathon.

Ben Latreuille

Co-Founder & Partner

Ben is a founding Partner and Board member of Sario Partners overseeing the management and strategic direction of the wider Jackson Lombard Group.Ben is a father and husband with a passion for interior design and tableware. He keeps fit running with his dog and has never turned down a game of padel. He is always open to a challenge to raise money for worthy causes.

Tayiba Uddin

Finance Assistant

Tayiba supports the efficient running of monthly financial operations including preparing monthly revenue turnover, managing payroll, executing payment runs, and handling team inquiries.Passionate about sports and proud to be a member of her local netball team, Tayiba is also involved with Amnesty and is a self-proclaimed Netflix connoisseur. As a dedicated foodie, she is always on the lookout for new restaurants and hidden gems to explore.

Laurence Pritchard

Head of Finance

Laurence heads up the finance team, overseeing all aspects of financial operations, including payroll, management reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and more. His role ensures the smooth financial running of the organization and supports strategic decision-making.
Passionate about travel, having explored much of Asia, Laurence enjoys discovering new corners of the globe. A dedicated foodie, he can often be found experiencing new cuisines across London. A sport enthusiast, he enjoys staying active through football and running.

Charlotte Warren

Head of Operations

As Head of Operations, Charlotte leads the human resources, finance, legal operations and overall smooth running of Sario and the wider Jackson Lombard Group. In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys travelling and keeping fit, her latest obsession being Reformer Pilates.

Tim Hardie

Partner

As a Head of Strategy, Tim drives the strategy and growth of all business lines within Sario and the Jackson Lombard Group. Additionally, Tim leads client engagements globally orchestrating senior level search mandates. Tim is an avid musician, footballer, and Sunday Roast enthusiast. Tim is a founding member of a London-centric Roast Club where he and his friends cast their eyes (and tastebuds) over a selection of the finest roasts the city has to offer.

Niall Dunkley

Partner

Niall leads the global Jackson Lombard Group from a strategy perspective. He works in close partnership with our key accounts across the professional services industry. Niall has a market leading track record in leadership and fee earner hiring for tier one search and advisory firms across the globe. From his decade of experience in the industry, Niall closely advises clients on organizational design and market growth opportunities.Niall enjoys nothing more than a round of golf at daybreak and is rapidly becoming a mediocre golfer. He is a proud owner of a one-eyed chihuahua and a miniature sausage dog and enjoys going for slow walks in the countryside.

James Letherby

Partner

As a Partner, James leads client engagements globally orchestrating senior level search mandates across leadership advisory. James also drives new business development opportunities and leads the mergers & acquisitions capabilities for the wider Jackson Lombard Group. In his spare time, James can be found enjoying the great outdoors, often with a golf club and always with his dog, Ivy. James has a strong passion for wildlife and land conservation. A keen padel player, James is partial to trying new types of wine.
